Mountain pose:

From hands and knees, lift hips up and back. Reach heels toward floor and press palms into mat.

Downward dog:

Stretches inner thighs and hips, opens chest, and promotes relaxation.

Butterfly Pose

Stand on one foot and place other foot on inner thigh or calf. Press palms together at heart center.

Tree pose:

Relieves stress and tension, stretches lower back and hips, and improves digestion.
